Fried Seafood with Chilli Paste with Soya Bean Oil
Ingredients :
 
Tiger prawns  100   g
Stripy sliced squids 100   g
Water    1/4   cup
Chopped celery     1   stalk
Sliced red chilli   1-2   piece
Sweet basil or Holy basil  10   leaves
Vegetable oil    2-3   tablespoons
“Thai Dancer” Chilli Paste with Soy Bean Oil 3   tablespoons
       
* Tip : Prawns and squids can be replaced by meat, chicken, or pork.
Preparation :
 
1.

Clean the prawns and squids.

2.

Heat vegetable oil. Fry garlic and 3 tablespoons of “Thai Dancer” Chilli Paste with Soy Bean Oil in a saucepan over medium heat for a minute. Add squids, prawns and water, and stir-fry until they are cooked.

3.

Garnish with celery, spring onion, red chilli and sweet basil. Serve with steamed rice.
