Fried Pork with Basil Leaves

Ingredients :
 
Ground pork 150   g

“Thai Dancer” Chilli Paste with Holy Basil Leaves or
“Thai Dancer” Chilli Paste with Sweet Basil Leaves

    3   tablespoons
       

* Tip : Ground pork can be replaced by meat, chicken, or seafood.

Preparation :
 
1. Heat 3 tablespoons of “Thai Dancer” Chilli Paste with Sweet/Holy Basil Leaves in a saucepan over medium heat.
2.

Add ground pork and fry for 3-4 minutes until it is cooked.

3. Serve with streamed rice.
